Manufactured primarily from aluminum alloy, the product undergoes extrusion, precision cutting, surface finishing, and other processes. It is secured to the main building structure using support framing, connectors, brackets, and other installation accessories, creating a continuous, neat, and visually layered open linear facade.

Compared with traditional flat curtain wall panels, this system features an open arrangement that offers greater design flexibility. By adjusting the width, height, length, installation spacing, and orientation of the baffles, architects can create richer linear patterns and layered visual effects across building facades.

Depending on architectural design requirements, the baffles can be manufactured in square, rectangular, U-shaped, and other customized cross-sections. They can also be arranged horizontally, vertically, diagonally, in staggered patterns, in gradient layouts, or in other customized configurations.

Standardized Installation System

The complete system consists of three main components: baffle panels, support framing, and connecting components. Installation accuracy plays an important role in ensuring the system's structural stability and service life.

Pre-Installation Preparation: Ensure that wall flatness deviations are controlled within 3 mm. Accurately mark the installation lines according to the design drawings and establish reference lines for the support framing layout.

Support Framing Installation: The primary support members are made of galvanized steel or aluminum alloy and installed at intervals of 500–600 mm, secured to the building structure with expansion anchors. Secondary support members are installed perpendicular to the primary members at intervals of 300–400 mm to ensure uniform load distribution throughout the system.

Baffle Installation and Fixing: Install the profiles sequentially from the bottom upward, engaging them with the designated framing slots. Use specialized wind-resistant clips to secure the profiles. Leave 2–3 mm expansion joints at profile connections to accommodate the thermal expansion and contraction of aluminum alloy.

Joint Sealing and Detailing: Install insulating pads at metal connection points to help prevent galvanic corrosion caused by contact between dissimilar metals. Apply weather-resistant sealant to joints and incorporate concealed drainage channels to help prevent rainwater from penetrating the wall structure.
